Don't believe smartass noobs.....and I guess you have problems reading your Owners Manual.

Fuses 24 and 25 in the Engine compartment are low beam headlight fuses............

I believe you listed H-LP LL, as in Headlamp-Lowbeam-Left

You're kidding, right? Low beam and high beam are unfamiliar to you in the context of headlights?

If serious, it's time to read your owners manual, or one from any car made in the last sixty years, which will explain headlights.

i would say take it to someone who has a reasonable knowledge of cars. no offense, but you do not.

maybe they can explain to you the functions of low-beam, high-beam, blinkers, etc...

why in the world would you want neons to come on whenever your headlights do? i guess the bigger question at hand is why in the world do you even want neons?

I just made my own. Take a maxi fuse (the normal sized ones cars used to have) and break it apart. Cut it in half, and trim the thinner end to fit into the fuse slot. You will need to hammer it down to make it thin. Don't mess with the bigger end. It will stick out and you can put a connector on it.

Basically you are making this:
