gear oil

just woundering if anyone has checked there condition of the gear oil after switching to the syn suff. mine has been in for 15k. So cold here in buffalo cant get down to look at it. Also i cut this out of the local newspaper realy want's ya to move here huh LOL.

I switched to Red Line about 5000 miles ago.

I'm not going to worry about it for atleast 25,000 miles.

I'm at about 8k on syn in the diffs. I'll be changing the rear out in a couple of weeks and I will let you know if it looks too bad.

Just changed mine at 7K. The front diff was startin to look dark. Transfer case and rear looked like new. All Mobile 1 now regardless.

Changed the rear end oil at about 10K with a Valvoline synth blend and added an off the shelf friction modifier. Both products bought at Auto Zone.

No slipping or anything wierd happened with the limited slip differential.
