Yes VIS and carbon creations have stock CF hoods for the gen 3. As far as turbo kits go just get a V6 LoL! JK do a search and look for for sale signs!

There was a group buy going for carbon fiber hoods, you'll have to check the "group buy" section. I think it might be over though. Otherwise, yeah your stuck having to buy one from VIS.
As for turbos, Shiftgate Performance will be coming out with one in the next year or so. I personally can't give you an exact time. Ben has a lot of other projects he is working on. So you would have to wait a while.
But if you are really serious, you could swap in a 3vz or 1mz. The 3vz kit will be done in the next month or two. So that would be a little quicker.
