Gen 5 Exhaust Pipe Damper
Does anyone know any details on the exhaust pipe damper?
My 2006 LE's (4 cyc automatic) fell off.
The bracket that the damper bolts to rusted and fell off.
The exhaust pipe seems to be stainless but the bracket that is welded to the pipe is not. Short of replacing the entire pipe has anyone repaired this, is it even that necessary?
