Gen4 Manual Shifter Base Bushings

Does anyone know which shifter base bushings are compatible with Gen4 Manuals?

I have a 1999 Camry V6 5Spd. I'm hoping someone has installed shifter base bushings and could provide their compatibility experience. I've been unable to find any base bushings that clearly state compatibility for my specific year and model.

Country of build? If you get me the part# I have access to a cross reference guide.

Are you talking about the shifter ball seat?
Country of Manufacture is United States.

I'm looking for the bushings that connect the shifter base to the body. The stock rubber bushings are really worn out and I was hoping to replace them with something brass or aluminum. Just having a hard time finding any direct fitting replacements.

Yeah, me too. I need to replace the whole assembly, my shifter is cockeyed...but I want to do bushings after, including cable bushings. Shifts fine, but dunno how it happened...I'm guessing (hoping?) that the person's fat girlfriend sat on it.

This problem is common on W46/W56 RWD trans in Hiluxes, Marlin Crawler makes Delrin replacement bushings and shifter seats for those that tighten them up and last a helluva lot longer.

On my Insight, I replaced the shift cable bushings with performance aluminum ones meant for Civics - while it did tighten up the shift feel significantly, they wear a lot faster than the rubber ones.
I replaced the shift cable bushings on the transaxle side with one brass and one delrin. Brass came from speedsource and they never shipped me a second "big" brass bushing after numerous emails. Delrin came from *** performance; they shipped me two "big" delrin bushings, however one of them was not machined properly(too tall) and would not work on either of the shift arms on the tranny. End results being 1 brass and 1 delrin. Hopefully this doesnt cause any issues.

For the shifter base I currently have some Nylon washers I picked up from Lowes. They place the shifter at stock height and have drastically improved the feel, however, they lack the lip many of the aftermarket base bushings have which helps center the base to fit the factory position. I marked the corners of the shifter base with the factory bushings isntalled prior to installing the nylon washers in an effort to center it as much as possible, but i'm hoping a proper bushing designed for the shifter base would yield better results.

The 2000 -2005 Celica short shifter and shifter base bushings can be utilized on the GEN4 Camry and GEN1 Solara.
