Hi All,

After a lot of Internet research, I've decided to get the following floormats for my 2012 XLE 8 seater - and much thanks to Steve (known as 'XenonDepot' on this board) for his helpful follow-up on my questions.

Front: Weathertechs (LOVED the weathertechs on my 2007 Sienna, too bad they couldn't figure out a viable workaround for the 2nd & 3rd rows)

2nd & 3rd Rows: Lloyd Rubbertites (seem like the best compromise considering the tricky issue of the seat-rails and my need for constant adjustment for access)

Cargo: Husky Weatherbeaters (they allow the 3rd row seats to manually fold down into the cargo well)

Please weigh in if you have any questions or suggestions.

good set up.

Weathertech first row is the only way to go. Hexo mate for the second and thrid is also an option, quiet a few people went with that.

You will need to cut out portions of the Husky weatherbeater cargo mat in order to make the 3rd row seats fold down.

I have the Lloyds Rubbertite cargo mat and after repeated seat folding, noticed the bottom metal clasps have finally dug through and into the locking anchor under the mat. So it is best to remove cargo mats whenever folding seats down.

I have a brand new Lloyds Rubbertite (black) 2nd & 3rd row mat for 2011 Sienna XLE if you are interested. When I initially ordered these, one of the plastic insert tabs was missing a rivet, so I contacted the Lloyds and they sent me another brand new mat. The missing rivet didn't seem to affect the performance so I never replaced my initial mat. If you're local to Montgomery County, MD, I'm willing to let it go for cheap. They are brand new, never used and still in the box. I have inspected to make sure all rivets are present. PM me if interested.
