Does anybody know where the Glass Break Sensor control unit is in a 95-04 Tacoma for the factory keyless entry/alarm system? I need to adjust the sensitivity of mine and I know there is an adjustment but don't know where the unit is. Much Gracias.:dunno:

It might be under the dash or where the kick panel is on the driver's side.

That would be my guess too but was hoping someone might have adjusted theirs so's I could get as close as possible on the first try. Thanks Humanoid.

for the RS3000 factory alarm system but it doesn't tell you where to find it. So, if any body is doing dashboard surgery and you happen to see one of those dealies behind there please let me know where you saw it. The RS300 is for the earlier 2000 trucks and the RS3200 is for the '03s and '04s but the sensor unit is probably still the same. Thanks

The module the adjuster is on is located right behind the driver's side kick panel, which is easily removed by taking the plastic door sill off and pulling back towards the rear of the truck on the kick panel.

Yahhh. Its pretty easy to get to. I probably looked at it three times when I was hooking up alarm but didn't know what it looked like until about 6 months later. Now that I know, I know. Thanks. You've just become one of my favorite humans.
