The old resistor was broken in 2 place so i thought that was the problem. did i connect the new one wrong? i just plugged it back in?
Got a new resistor for my 1990 pickup, fan still isnt starting.

Tell me what your original problem was, where did you get the resistor from, how long have you had the problem, etc. I need a bit more detail to help.
