Groaning Noise under a 99LE 4cyc

Hi everyone. My 99 just started to make a low groaning noise undernieth. Higher speeds it gets louder and constant. I think the tranny is fine, shifting is still perfect at 105K, maybe the wheel bearings or something? the car has been great except for the crappy window problem, that you have all seemed to cover already. any help would be greatly appreciated.
