my 95' truck has the 22re, no check engine light, takes a lot of cranking to fire up. runs excellent once started. i have checked cold start injector, that it gets voltage anyway, when you crank the starter. i have not pulled the injector for one reason, when it starts i get a strong unburned fuel smell and it runs rough for a few seconds. temp outside doesnt seem to effect start time. 30 deg. to 75 deg. takes same crank time on the starter. anything else i can check before pulling cold start inj.?

thanx to 94' toyota truck, i stumbled accross his finding by accident. i have a leaking cold start injector flooding my engine during starts.
