I was doing my research on the new headers now for a little over a week , and supposedly they fit right in. The only REAL problem about this is that once you put these new AWESOME, super flowing headers on, you will need to reprogram your computer to allow for the new power, air flow, and parameters of all your new stuff. Most important though, have you installed a cold air intake yet? That is far more restrictive than your headers believe it or not. The twin air filters make it near impossible for the engine to breathe. Good luck though.
