Does anyone make headers for the gen2 V6?

I severly doubt it since there are barely any for anything else, and the Gen2 V6 is never modified.

But, if you can find some, lemme know since I'd be interested too :)

I'm current doing some R&D on my Gen2 V6 for the following:

Cold Air Intake
Turbo Manifold design

Right now, I'm a little short on time because of other things going on, but I hope to at least have the CAI done in a few weeks.

Drop me a PM and I'll keep you posted.

Till then, stay tuned. ;)

I remembered tonight that there were some waranty manifolds we were doing on the RX 330's. I wonder if the bolt pattern is the same. If I remember right, it actually looks like a mini header. They used tube instead of cast iron manifold and it was short enough that I think you could make a down pipe/y pipe to go over the starter to the back.

The problem was the manifolds cracked on a weld or something. It would be an easy fix. Anyhow I'll try and keep you posted.

I'd say your best luck of having a bolt pattern that fits is using a 3vz manifold, but they don't make headers for those either I don't think.

The packaging is all wrong for a good header on the gen2 Camry V6... If you really want power, you'll have to attach a turbo back where the two manifolds meet behind the engine. ;)

Or buy the 5SFE Rippmods header kit, bolts right on

$469.95 I think :)

I am going to, well, when the bitch runs

The Rippmods 5SFE header kit will not bolt on to the 2VZ-FE V6 engine.

However, it can be used to bolt on to the 3SFE.

$469.95???
For a header???

Ummmmmm, No....

I live close enough to Ripp to pick it up locally from them....and the answer would still be No....

I paid about that ballpark figure for my newly acquired (and very very mint) 89 4cyl 5-speed..:D

Haha sorry to scare you

It includes everything you need, including high flow cat

It is a really nice system

but sorry no V6 =( I don't think

Define "everything"....

Is it a full exhaust system from the header to the tailpipe?

:D
