yes from my understanding, the early gen 4 had 9003 (HB3) bulbs which only use one plug and 3 wires while the later used the 9005 and the 9006 which have 2 connectors which had 4 lines, you can mod it to work with some more ebay parts you just have to buy the wiring plugs and split the lines the connect the negitive lines from the high and the low together and find which line from the connecter is for the low and high and connect those to the respective blub.
