Help! 2000 Sienna Trouble Codes

I am a newbie to the forum and love to do my own maintenance when I can.

Recently, the check engine light came on in my Sienna. The vehicle has been trouble free for 5 years and currently has 82K miles.

I pulled the codes with a OBD II tester and could use some help troubleshooting (like what do I need to do next as I am not familiar with all the fuel air ratio and O2 sensors onboard). Here are the codes:

P0125 Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Fuel Control.
P1130 Air-Fuel Sensor Circuit Range/Performance.
P1133 Air-Fuel Sensor Circuit Response.
P1135 Air-Fuel Sensor Heater Circuit Response.

The vehicle seems to run fine 99% of the time. However, there are times that I will get a rough idle. Turning the vehicle off and back on clears the problem. From the codes it looks like it is a bad air-fuel sensor, but I'd be guessing. Is the P0125 a result of the sensor or visa versa or are they not related.

Thanks for everyone's help :)
