Looks like a sticker/decal than an actual emblem. Google Search Toyota Teq decal.

There is a guy in the FB Camry groups that makes these. Supposedly it doesn't affect the camera behind the emblem, but I would be skeptical.

It shouldn't. Since it uses radio waves, and radio waves can go through walls. A decal won't do anything.
