Help me out!

Okay 2000 Toyota Tacoma Sr5 (non 4wd) Im wanting to find a 6'' lift kit now when it says suspension lift kit is that the suspension for the lift (like for the body lift)? just wondering?........................................ i need to know... if n e one knows of a good site to get a 6'' lift kit help me out i need some help im 15 and im not to sure on what exactly or everything i need. So i can do that so if you could let me know it would be helpful.
