Help: Name that part

Hey all, finally found a good Corolla forum! Been killing hours in here. Great place.

I need some expert help ... the wife backed over a snowbank today, and broke a piece off. I'm not sure what it's called. It's under the bumper itself, you can see the passenger side one is intact, and the side that was closer to her when she was driving is broke. She hurt my baby :sosad:
