turn the torsion bars in the front and use lowering blocks in the back....Truck will run like crap though.....Best way is either lowered control arms or spindles up front and lowered leaf springs in the rear with shorter shocks all the way around

Could someone explain to me how i can lower my 91 pickup real cheap. Its a 2wd regular cab. I cant figure out how and my friend doesn't know how cuz his truck is different. I would appreciate the help.

I a certified tech for toyota you can lower 3" front and rear buy terning the sway bar bolts half way out the rear 3" lower/lifting blocks that is what i do for my customers and if you have good shocks it will ride just as good as stock !
