Help with Gauges!

Hi, I just bought these new gauges and I need to know how to install the. This is my first ever mod. It's a 1998 Toyota Camry LE. :)

from what i have heard...with some of the gauges they sell you dont even have to remove your gauge needles so hopefully thats what you go
