Help with VIENTA 1994 v6 3.0L

Toyota Vienta 1994 V6 3.0L Firstly How much oil does it take with a new filter? Secondly can it handle a high performance air filter like the K&n 33-2052? and what oil should i use, ive been told a 10-30 is that right? Whats the BEST oil in your opinion? And finally the best spark plugs, i dont know much about this, which are best?
