I am trying to take off the black running boards that came on my tacoma. Now I know this should be easy but when it comes to me an machanics nothing is easy. I have 6 of the 8 bolts out but 2 seem to be achered with nuts on the inside of the body. How do I get to them to get it off.

I put running boards on mine and the bolts just screwed in the body threads, there were no nuts involved on mine, OEM toyota running boards.
