I own a 97 camry and I am pleased with my HID kit I had both BiXenon and Single beam hid bulbs. I like the BiXenon better just because you have the option of using highbeam with the same light display. HI/LO has two different bulbs and the single beam is just low beam and when you put it in high beam mode it shuts off.
I currently have 10K if I were to redo my HID I would go 6K with projectors.

I am wondering if it is worth buying these. I may never get them if 20 people don't buy right?

To answer your question if they are good. All HID brands are similar you pretty much get what you pay for. $189 for a single beam is a little steep you can get them on ebay for $100-$125 shipped all day. But you'll have to research and see how good the ballast are and the reviews. The slim ballast in the website you provided are great for motorcycle which lack room but its easy to hide under the hood too.

Your install question is easy PLUG and PLAY. If you get a kit like the one shown you'll most likely have two harnesses which connect from your ballast to your stock headlight socket and to connect the HID bulb to the ballast the connectors are made so you cannot reverse them or get them mixed up it'll only connect one way.

The BiXenon kits most of them come with 1 relay harness which connects two ballast to one headlight socket along with a direct supply of power from the battery and ground the headlight will never flicker. You'll have one ballast on each side to power the HID bulbs but you'll only use one harness to power it up.

do these look like good Hids? Is it a hard install?

yea its worth it, its one of thoes mods that can totally chage the apperance of a car, cept durring the day time:lol:. the stock gen4(not sure bout gen4.5) headlights are a good platform without any modding, not much glare and a good cut off. projectors are best but are not necissary in my opinion.

If you want HID's you should get a kit that at least comes with relays, such as the XenonDepot/Xtreme HID's. That way you don't burn out your harnesses when you first power on the lights.

yes, 97-99 wants H4 type bulbs.

thats basically the same thin gjsut different brands. even though one is $99 the shipping is another 50 bucks, as opposed to the other set which is a higher cost but lower shipping. i personally hvnt herd of either of thoes brands. i have the Mod Express HID kit that is in the for sale section here and we get a discount.
