There is a fix for this which is outlined in TSB 008-22 which applies to many 20 & 21 Highlander Hybrids.

I see this is just 2020-2021. My wife has a 2022 XLE Hybrid, do we know if there's a TSB for that? Everytime we go to fill up, it clicks off at like 13 gallons.

I can already do this WITHOUT the fix. Am I missing something???

I plan to have dealer look into this for me too. When the fuel nozzle clicks off, the fuel gauge needle is not at full. I can still add in another 6L of fuel.

The same TSB is posted here in Canada. Dealership is ordering new tank etc for me.

Had the tank replaced, went to the gas station for a fill up and voila....had a full tank of fuel when the nozzle clicked off.
First time the needle was above the Full line where I didn't have to add in another 5 litres of fuel.
