Does the 22 hybrid have these same fuel tank filling issues?

My 22 hybrid can fill up 14.5gal max from empty. Picked it up from dealer 11/20/21.

Thanks. I guess I'll just pretend it has a 15 gal tank.

I still do not understand the problem, or solution. The tank size did not change. All that really got changed was what the gauged showed. Am I missing something?!?!?!?
