So ive been reading some posts on HIDs and other options with bulbs,......then i came across the thread about the HIR bulbs, so i bought a pair.....i compared them to my PIAAs xtreme white...and to be honest i prefer my PIAAs better. The HIR bulbs are brighter, but they produce a lil yellowish tone (not my cup of tea) they do however produce a longer distance of light in front of you... for some reason i thought the HIR bulbs would be "whiter" but doesnt look like i.......ill post some pics up tommorow night and compare it to my PIAAs and see what you guys think...just thought this would help some of those interested in the HIR

i also have HIRs they are nice but i havent had any PIAAs nor would i ever at this point next time i change lights i want to go HID.
