Hood has begun to lift up on the passenger side. Coming apart from the front fender. I looked at it, and the bolts aren't loose at the hood mount. Does this mean the bracket on the inside has came loose or gotten bent? Can't figure out how to resolve this. Looks like quite the job to get in behind that bracket.

You have to remove the wipers and cowl panel to get to the vertical (up/down) adjustment, the horizontal adjustments (L/R/forwards/backwards) are done using the 2 hood bolts.
