How do I remove bumper lights?

How do I take out my bumper lights on a '93 camry to change to clears.

Unscrew the only one u can, and take it off. Then pop the other one off.

There is a screw, take that out, then pull, they have these little things that i guess snap into place, but pull they are little metal nipple looking things.
