Looks like the inside of the headlight that goes into the grille has more length. You would need to swap out the front bumper and grille to get it to fit. Of course I am assuming, I don't know if there is a new mounting pattern.

To answer directly OP question, according to IIHS :
Corolla - All trims (single or bi-led) : Acceptable
Mazda3 - Led : Acceptable (halogen : marginal)
Civic - Led : poor (halogen : poor)
