Our 2004 Sienna has just the two front seats, we removed all the others so we could carry our bicycles inside the vehicle. I am in the process of buying tile(probably a large amount, at least 2000 lbs) and was wondering how much weight the vehicle can comfortably carry. Remember the entire back area is empty. Even though the Sienna is on a truck bed, that may be pushing it.

Don't even think about doing this. Just pay for delivery because that will be cheaper than blowing tires or suspension while hauling much more than your vehicle is rated at. I also don't think you have a truck chassis .

2000 lbs would be pushing it, but if you consider 5 average adults at 200 lbs apiece, plus seats and maybe some luggage, 1200 lbs might be safe. And no, the Sienna is not built on a truck chassis for sure, it's definitely unibody versus a body on frame for a traditional truck.
