How screwed am I

2009 Sienna LE 3.5l

fault codes P0014, P0015, P0017
Test related camshaft and crankshaft components & sensor operation. Found internal engine variable valve sprockets and timing chains worn.

parts-
Timing chain/ Gears/ Tensioners/ Actuator sprocket kit; cylinder head, timing cover, engine gaskets, seals and fluids.

Take it to an Independent Auto Repair Shop. Take it to a shop that isn't paying a huge corporation to keep there doors open.
From what little info you provided I doubt it needs $6k in work.

Well, with a second opinion you can get a more specific written estimate showing where your money is going.
Plus, some of it may not be needed at this time which might be handy with the holiday season here!
FWIW, I don't get specific with mechanics, I'll mention my concerns but not what I think or someone else tells me needs fixing. That just puts ideas into their heads that you've already excepted a repair even if it's not required.
