I am going to be changing my bulbs on my fog lights however I am not sure how to access it and change the bulb. Can I do it without raising the car? Does the cover just pop out or is there a special way to do this?

You don't have to raise your van just remove the bottom front diffuser and you would have access from behind and twist the bulb out like your headlights . That's how I did with my SE Im sure its the similar to urs.

is the diffuser fairly easy to remove? I just want to make sure I dont break anything

It's not that hard if u look under your van there are a few screws and some plastic plug. I did it it back in january when I put in hid conversion kit for my fog light. I can't remember if I remove the entire diffuser or just enough to have access to the light.
