Is there an easy fix for this? This little flap doesnt lock/snap in place. I'll press it down but when I use my wipers it flaps around and stays open. Do I have to replace the wiper blade?

A new blade is a cheap fix...

Buy name brand blades. Worth the money.

I bought new Toyota blades online kinda cheap. They do the same thing after only light use. Get something else! (That's a whole other debate.)
If you want to save them for now, use a couple of drops of black silicon or some hot melt glue inside then push down. But it will be worse to get off later.

Visibility is one thing you shouldnt cheap out on.. This goes for brakes and tires as well.
