how to get window out of toyota pickup

i have a 93 toyota pickup extended cab with the mirror thats bolted to the door and the window has the little flip open peice in it.

any way i have about 3 of these trucks with normal windows and you just ake the 2 10 bolts outta the holder and the window slides out with a little turn at the top. i just cant figure out how to get the extended cabs driver and passenger side windows out due to that little flip window the big window stays on the track tight i cant figure it out
