Just got the Hunter brush guard from the same seller as everyone else did on eBay. Great product, and seems very sturdy. However, the instructions sucked, and it took 2 guys about and 2 hours to put on. Not to mention that on my 4x4, I had to remove the passenger side tow hook, and then add some spacers so it would fit back on and sit on top of the main mounting bracket. Also, getting the main brackets and top support brackets bolted to the frame were not too easy as you can't get to the mounting points very conveniently.

No need to post pics as there are already many on here, just wanted to add my 2 cents.

If anyone has any installation questions, feel free to PM me.....

Im not sure what the problem was. but to each his own  I said in my install you needed the spacers. I did not have the problems you had for some reason. I also have large hands ;)

EDIT: I have the hunter bull bar maybe thats why :)

I think that may be it. The main brackets are pretty straight forward, except having to remove the passenger side tow hook.

The brush guard has an aux support bar about half way up that comes out the bottom of the bumper. You can not access the mount point from above, and getting to it from the bottom is not that easy. It mounts with a short bolt that only goes halfway through the frame, and getting a wrench inside the frame to tighten it was a pain.....
