IM NOT TALKING ABOUT TRUCK NUTS(or real ones for that matter)

does anyone know a good place online or where i can order some nuts for my truck. I got new U bolts and the nuts they use are near impossible to find. I use a 22 M rachet to get the ones i had on. But i need 8 more. the thing is they are FINE THREAD and no one carries that. I messed up on the U bolts and want to reinstall them.

I have tried local hardware stores and advanced auto, they either dont have it that big or not in fine thread. I would love to have a lock nut in that size.

Any suggestions?

Are they stock u-bolts, or after market extended length?
I have the extended length u-bolts used for the Dakar springs. I went with a u-bolt flip kit, so not using the u-bolts that I got with the Dakar springs. Brand new, never mounted.....if interested PM me.

Which flip kit did you get??? I got the one from trail gear, I haven't installed it yet. What did you do about the bump stop??

I would also suggest Fastenal or any other major bolt supplier - they are usually found in industrial parks and may not be listed in the usual places. If it has a fine thread - see if you can determine the thread size or pitch and then google it - it may help you determine if it is a common nut or something more difficult to find.

I get lots of stuff there. High quality fasteners, but sometimes you can only buy certain things in large quantities.

I got several air fittings for my train horns from Fastenal. They have a warehouse nearby.

You will need to know the thread diameter and thread pitch. Using a M22 wrench means nothing when it comes to sizing a nut.
