i relocated my battery today.. just so that i can say it is there.. and to make a little space in the engine for some upcomming projects ... it was accually alot easyer than i was oridgionally expecting it to bei still need to buy 2 bistribution blocks to make everthing final but but till i get those i used sotter (lots) and electrical tape to keep everthing together till friday when i can get down to PHX and buy the few final things to make it all look nice... but i had a question because i saw that a few people had used fuses on the connections... but when i looked around i didnt see that any of the kits that you can buy came with fuses?? but o well mine works fine.. i will make a DIY if anyone wants one.. but it realy isnt that hard, it just takes time

oo yea.. and dont worry.. the duck tape (in the engine bay) isnt holding it together.. it is just keeping it from grounding out... i sottered it together first (for now)

Looking good. This is something I wanna do on my eclipse, but I can't getn 4AWG wire anywhere here in Belize.

I put mine in the boot ages ago, did it all properly. Do you have fuse or circuit breaker near that battery incase or a short?? You should.
I put mine back, too much hassle, had too many problems with faulty breakers etc. Not worth it for me in the end.

what is MCL?? i was going to put a fuse or something on it.. but i was looking at the NHRA kits and none of them had fuses on them so i just wired it all up.. and yes it is a sealed battery.. i am getting an optima when i get paid next.

How does the original baterry holder hold the battery in the engine bay? under my battery there is only a loose pice of black plastic. I have the holding bracket sitting in my garage and cant put it on because i can't find the holes which it connects to.
