The insurance company doesn't know that i have coilovers on. so here's the situation...

Other than Milt needing the most basic suspension just to take his car to the shop, i need just ONE or TWO springs to put into my car after i take out my coilovers.

i have my old ones sitting in the back, but ONE and yes, just ONE spring is cracked. so in other words, the front right of my car will sit lower than it already is.

my "TOTAL LOSS ADJUSTER" mentioned, that when i receive my check, they'll be picking up my car at my house. meaning that i won't have to drive it to them. i was planning to put on the broken one and let it sit really low, but i just thought about it, and the front right side of my car will be SO LOW, that it WON'T make it on a TOW TRUCK.

so what i'm saying is....

DOES ANYONE HAVE A SPARE SPRING? i don't wanna spend that much money. any help?

That won't matter at that point since it broke at the time of the accident. Right?? lol

LoL. If i can't find one in time. it's all your fault man. when the tow truck man comes and if he can't get my car on his truck, i'm just gonna turn around, walk away and laugh.
Yeah..dont worry about it...they will get it on the truck one way or another. Just put the ones you have on and be done with it. Id put it on the curb if I was you...just so the driver doesnt tear up your driveway trying to get it on the truck.
Since the car is going to be junked, Just throw a piece of 2-3" diameter galvanized pipe in the strut.Paint it black and it will look like your strut boot. Go to Home Depot and it should only cost you about $5. If you want to be real cheap you could probably use black PVC pipe. Just position your car so the tow truck can get to it. Your throwing it away and the insurance company is not gonna care what's in it.
I would find the name of the tow truck company which they will probably give you as you need to be home to have the car picked up. Call the tow truck company and tell them with the damage as it is, you want them to bring a flatbed instead of a normal wrecker. Tow truck company doesn't know anything about your claim, they just want to make sure you get quality service. Problem solved.

Typically they bring a flatbed as a salvage truck anyway but if there is a car on the bed they often use the under-reach for the second car. Coordinate with them and no one will ever be the wiser.

it wont matter if there claiming it a total loss, theyll just drag that thing on there, they wont care.
i agree with the others, total loss, the car will be parted out by someone the insurance sells it to. but dont tell them ya removed aftermarket pieces. other then the wheels they wont know the differance.
I have 4 springs but I'm not sure if they'll fit, they are supposed to be from a 96 to 02 camry.. But like the guys said, Don't worry if the car It's totalled..
Let me know what do you want to do..
yeah... i think i'll take all your guys' advice, i'll just let it sit as is. i might even buy a pvc pipe. LMAO. oh man, this should be good!
