If thats what you're asking, they're probably the most credible online retailer (sans brick and mortar stores w/ online sites) of electronics. Never had a problem with them at all, though they are a little on the pricey side, but you pay for the comfort I suppose.

I've used them time and time again. They are super duper reliable, when my cd player was left at the door and stolen they sent me another. They're very helpful as well with international orders, they are one of the very few sites I can order stuff from without me being out of the USA a problem. I've ordered all my cd players from them.
