Replaced ignition switch on my Manuel transmission 4 cylinder 1990 Toyota pickup, but key only turns to acc position. Help! PLEASE!!!

Where did you get the switch from? It mat just need to be loosened up, so try wiggling with the key and going back and fourth. Some spray lubricant in there may help as well. Sometimes aftermarket switches bind up but they usually loosen up with use.

Im thinking the steering wheel may have locked. Try turning the wheel a bit to the left while turning the key.
