Yes, there are SEVEN surface-mount LEDs on the gauge cluster. You have replace (solder) the current LEDs with SMT LEDs of your choosing.

hey guys i have an 03 camry...
i wanted to change the instrument cluster lights to another color perhaps REALLY WHITE....or REALLY blue seeing as how i have a blue theme going on in my car anyway..:ugh3: ..
i wanted to know if anyone else has done this ... and how i approach it....
i took out the cluster and looked at it....i even took off the plastic cover so i was touching the needles...i couldn't seem to open that up further to reveal an l.e.d. which i was expecting.
..if anyone else knows what to do or has done this let me know...
