I just purchased a 2008 Sienna LE… it didn’t have the DVD system so I had the dealership install the ‘Toyota iPod Ready Video Entertainment System’… is it possible to watch videos stored on my iPod via the iPod Connector (located within the glove compartment) onto the Video System installed.

you can watch videos from the ipod in any car monitor
using a simple cable , you don't need anything special i have a mazda mpv with a roof monitor by sony and a simple cable, ipod is at front
