Is 4A-F cylinder head the same as that of 4A-FE?

I have an 89 Corolla with blow-by engine, its more expensive to have it overhauled than just replace the whole engine, I found a cheap dynamically tested 4A-FE engine. Is the cylinder head the same, so I can just mount the old manifolds onto the 4A-FE engine.?? I know E stands for fuel injected.
