Basically I am wondering if it is possible to swap the stereo / entune / infotainment system between 2022 - 2023 mode into 2020 Camry. It would see that the entire section of the dash would need to be swapped because the vents are in a different place, but does anything else need to be swapped? would it be plug and play connector wise?

From what I understand. the wiring is plug-and-play as long as you're switching like-for-like (base radio to base radio or JBL to JBL).

I have the 2018 Camry XSE, not 100% sure what the model ID for the head unit is but it is inside the dash whereas the newer Camrys are "pop up" at the top of the dash. I would assume that I couldn't just pop a newer one into my Camry.

I think the whole dash trim has to be replaced, but if the wiring is plug and play then it shouldnt be too difficult.
