I've been having trouble shifting from stand still and on turns... and my reverse gear is the worse... it grinds when i put that in.

I thought that my maybe it was air in my fluid but i bled it this morning and it's exactly the same. I didn't notice any leaks either. My clutch and pressure plate are maybe a year and a half old. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be going on?

yea, I would replace both cylinders (master and slave) and the hose in between them just to be safe, it's probably pretty old , or maybe try changing the transmission fluid.
