I am very interested in a 91-93 MR2 and i was wondering if it is hard to swap a 3S-GTE motor into a N/A car.

Nope, drops right in. You'll need more than just the motor, tranny, ecu and harness though. Other than that, its not too difficult.

does it use the stock motor mounts from a N/A engine or do you need new motor mounts?

^probably new...it doesnt hurt to get em replaced any way
