I was told by the dealership that it did not come with a key fob for locking and unlocking the doors remotely. Sounds suspicious to me.
Is there any way you could have purchased this truck without remote key locks?

You didn't give us much to go on as this can easily be a model by model issue. My favorite site for checking what should or should not be on a particular model is Edmunds and I do a simple search for "2017 Toyota Tacoma Specs" and then choose the Edmiunds link that comes up. Once there choose the drop down that lets you pick the specific model you want to check. According to Edmunds a 2017 Tacoma SR 4 door double cab does not come with remote keyless power door locks.

Just bought a used 2017 Tacoma and I was told by the dealership that it did not come with a key fob for locking and unlocking the doors remotely. Sounds suspicious to me. Anybody here have an idea if 2017's could have been sold without wireless door locks?
