I am,

secondary filter is gone too. no problems.

there are lots of people on this site, that think oil bathed filters are not good.

but if you check and clean and reapply oil, you will be fine..

mine works well, mind you in all truth, i felt a difference with my honda civic. but not real

difference with my toyota.. my honda low end torque seemed to show up faster. with

the K&N filter in it.

cheers

I did it. I knew I shouldn't but I still did. It was a temporary thing until I could decide on an intake. From my personal experience it's not worth it. The mpg declined and it just didn't drive right. I don't know what it was but when the K&N was gone so were my engine woes. This was not operator error either I oiled and maintained the filter properly.

My MPG's dropped right away when I did that after 5 tanks I replaced with the factory filter and my MPG's went back up. BTW didn't even notice a differnce, if you want some thing that will give your truck better performance save your money and go for the URD TCAI this is a real intake not the so called "intake" that K&N:thumbdown makes.
