I have a 1991 toyota 4wd,V6. The check engine is giving me a 52 which is the knock sensor. I have changed the sensor and traced the wiring, but I am still getting the code. It is driving me crazy.
Does anyone have any suggestions.

Hey this isnt really answering your question but can you tell me where the knock sensor is on your engine and if there is 2 of them. thanks

You will probably need to start running 89 octane. If that doesnt make the knock go away, you will need to try 93.
