If you try to trade it,when you go to the dealer bring Vaseline or KY,they won't use any.
If you try to trade it,when you go to the dealer bring Vaseline or KY,they won't use any.what are the chances of finding a swap / how much you think the dealer will rape me if i go back for a trade
Go to the dealer, and say you want to trade for the short bed, and just have the dealer swap the seats out, it's faster then taking the leather out. You don't have enough miles on your truck to take a big hit. It's still fairly new. Dealer might offer you accessories instead of cash for the difference.
If you trade it in, I'd assume you're going to have to pay all the taxes and fees over again, at the very least.i have a 2009 Dc/Lb in white, fully loaded TRD Sport, leather, CDN version with 1,400km on it.
kinda want a short bed now

Total that bitch and make your insurance company buy you a short bed!
OWWW Thats not a good solution! He could get hurt, altho the Tacoma is one if the safest mid sized P/U on the road! Still got to be a better way. Could have an electrical short or park in a badspot where ppl take ppl's stuff!
You can't get DC off-road package eitherI really do not understand why you cannot get a Tacoma TRD Sport DC Auto with a shortbox in Canada. This is really beyond me. Why in the world would they only make the LB available? I do not understand. I'm just frustrated, I gotta buy the truck I want from a different country!
indeed. i could've bought mine in the US because I have a visa , SSN and bank / credit score. And whats even more annoying - Toyota USA will not sell new Toyotas to Canadians!
