Need some input on the most effective brand LED low beam conversion for 2015 XLE ?

Not sure if they have to be DOT approved. Brightness, whether they are worth it or not. And how to adjust or aim them if necessary. What specs to look for.

They have to be tested to DOT/FMVSS for ALL states.

Whether its tolerated or not depends on your relationship with the local Stasi.

There is no 'effective' LED conversion for halogen lens.

Go to powebulbs.com. Search your bulb type and sort by price, high to low.... the most expensive will be LED bulbs for so-called "off road" usage.

If Philips/Osram/PIAA/Sylvania can NOT make a 'legal' replacement bulb, don't expect some fake LED company to!
